How Working With a Local Medicare Agent Works
Here's exactly what to expect — from our first conversation to the help you'll get years after you enroll.
Reach out
Call (602) 377-9995 or schedule online. Choose a phone call, video call, or an in-person meeting — whichever you're most comfortable with.
Talk it through
We'll talk about your doctors, prescriptions, health needs, travel plans, and budget. I'll answer your questions about how Medicare works. Before we discuss specific plans, I may ask you to complete a short Scope of Appointment form, as Medicare rules require.
Compare your options
I'll explain the plans available in your ZIP code from the companies I represent, including costs, networks, and drug coverage — side by side, in plain language.
Enroll & stay supported
If you decide on a plan, I'll help you enroll. Afterward, I'm here to help with questions and to review your coverage each year before the Annual Enrollment Period.
What to have ready
- Your red, white, and blue Medicare card (if you have it)
- A list of your doctors and specialists
- Your prescriptions, with doses and how often you take them
- Your preferred pharmacy
- Details about any current coverage (employer, retiree, or other)
Don't have everything? That's okay — we can start with what you have.
What it costs
Nothing. There's no fee for my help.
Agents like me are paid by insurance companies when someone enrolls in a plan. Your premium is the same whether you enroll through an agent or on your own.
What I won't do
- Pressure you to decide quickly
- Ask for your bank or Social Security information over text or email
- Share your information without your permission
