Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us — for example, your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, how you'd like to be contacted, and anything you write in a message — when you fill out a form, call, email, or meet with us. When you ask for help comparing plans, you may also share information such as your doctors, prescriptions, and current coverage. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and hold appointments, provide the Medicare plan information you ask for, help you enroll if you choose to, and keep the records required by law, Medicare rules, and the insurance companies we work with.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to help you — for example, with an insurance company when you choose to apply for a plan, or with service providers that help us run our business (such as scheduling or secure form tools), who may use it only for that purpose. We will not share your information with other agents or marketing organizations without your prior express written consent.
Health information
Information you share about your health, doctors, and prescriptions is used only to help you understand and compare your coverage options, and we handle it confidentially.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop calling, texting, or emailing you at any time — just tell us, reply STOP to a text message, or contact us using the information below. You can also ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you, except for records we're required to keep.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. We keep records only as long as we need them to serve you or as required by law, Medicare rules, and our insurance company contracts.
Third-party services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when pages load. It does not currently use analytics, advertising, chat, or map services. If that changes, we'll update this policy.
